I’m a firm believer in regular garage door service after a couple of failures and a lot of education. I’ve stuck with Precision because I like the technicians that come out, the appointments are booked quickly, and the prices are reasonable. Will continue with them for years to come.

We had a garage door come off the rails and wouldn’t close. Called Precision and they set up an appointment that day. Shortly thereafter, I received an email with the name of technician (Jason Dawson), along with a link to his bio - nice touch! Jason arrived on time, discussed options and then proceeded to fix our door. Jason was courteous, knowledgeable and friendly.

Danny Kuhn and Precision Garage Door get 5 stars from me. Danny arrived in a timely manner and was very professional, explaining everything as he went along installing a new garage door opener. His work was very clean and thorough. Very personable and likable. I chose you for the 4 hour guarantee advertised on your website. (Had lightning last night that fried the opener) I had to work a bit with Tara for that when I called this morning. She initially told me you were booked today then I reminded her of your guarantee and was guaranteed between 1 - 3 today. Dan was here on the dot of 1:00.

Highly recommended! Dan and his assistant were knowledgeable, efficient, very helpful and friendly. Precision is second company we called. First company, Helotes Overhead Garage, never kept appt or called to cancel. We appreciate your tech, Jason, keeping the appt and giving us heads-up before coming to house. He was professional and courteous, and answered all our questions. The technician, Chris, is a very professional individual that represents Precision Overhead Garage Door Service very well. After he arrived and introduced himself, he assessed the problem and explained the steps to repair the door. When the door was repaired, he inspected the entire system and performed prevented maintenance on the second door as well. He provided care recommendations to prolong the life of the doors as well as the openers. This level of service is rare these days - but greatly appreciated. Thanks again!

Our garage door broke on a Saturday and wouldn't go down. Precision was able to come out the same day and repair the door. I liked that the email I received confirming the appointment included the name of the tech and pictures of all the techs. If the tech who was scheduled to come to our house changed, I could easily confirm the new tech. This is a great safety feature. Dan was very friendly and knowledgeable, replaced the spring that broke, replaced the rollers, and, when I mentioned that sometimes the door would stop closing if the sunlight hit the sensor just right, he fixed that occasional problem, too. Having the door repaired was a little spendy (in part because it was unexpected), but we felt it was money well spent. We will recommend Precision to our friends when their garage doors stop working.
