My sender/reviewer (electric eye sensor) was ruined by rain water. Was shown to me I had aa pretty bad issue with my rollers. They got replaced. Had door installed by Precision back in 2014 new and was surprised the rollers weren't covered by warranty so spent more than planned, but they still get 5 stars because 8 years of flawless operation is pretty good if you ask me.

I contacted the company because my garage door was not opening. The technician Brent arrived on time. He assessed my concerns and located the problem. After performing a check of my garage door he determined additional work be completed. He explained what needed to be done as well as provided me with total pricing. The job was done in about an hour and the work area was cleaned up. Brent explained what he had done and went over the parts and warranty. I am very happy with the results and appreciate his professionalism. Will be using their services again.

We’ve used Precision Overhead Garage Door Service since they installed a new garage door for us a number of years ago. The man doing the installing asked if we planned on getting an automatic door opening system and suggested the PDS Ultra 900 system. We said ‘Yes’ and have loved the quiet and reliable service the system provides. We’ve since had to replace the door recently (unfortunate backing out incident before the door had fully opened) and Precision Door again provided excellent professional service. We highly recommend this company for your garage door needs!

I choose Precision Garage Door service because I have use them before and the service was nothing but excellent! The service I received today was performed by Monte; he was excellent! He was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Monte explained the need work in complete detail; and showed me how to perform maintenance on my garage door and moving parts! I would wholeheartedly recommend Precision to anyone needing service on their garage door. As a matter of fact; my neighbor saw Monte working on my garage door and asked to speak with him concerning matters with his garage door. I am very happy with my new garage door motor. The service technician (Monty) was extremely helpful, courteous, and professional. Several folks have commented on how quiet the garage door is now. I picked Precision Door because your advertising offers emergency 24-hour service. I didn't need it at the time, but I definitely want to do business with someone who will come out and help me if my car ever gets trapped in the garage, whatever time of day that might happen. I have used this company before (and will always use them for my garage door needs), because I know the quality of their employees is second to none. Today, my technician was Chris Flores. Chris quickly identified the problem with the garage door and corrected it. What I valued most however, was that he took the time to educate me on how to prevent the problem from occurring again and went even further to describe to me certain features of my garage door, how to mitigate problems and how to keep my door operating smoothly.
