Joe Sillitoe arrived within the promised time and performed the repair efficiently and expertly, he was knowledgeable and recommended options that I am currently considering. He rates five stars with me as he was not pushy when recommending options unlike most other repairmen I have experienced in the past. I am satisfied with the repair and will recommend your company to others. I plan on purchasing two new doors in the near future to replace the wooden ones I currently have and I will purchase them from your company. Keep up the good work.

Technician was very courteous, and professional. He showed me what was wrong, advised me what I needed to have done and answered all my questions. He did his work quickly, with no break time. I called Precision on Friday evening about 5:25 pm trying to set an appointment for the following week. To my wonderful surprise I was given a 2 hour appointment window on Saturday afternoon! Dan Kuhn came out right on time and what a JOY he is! He understood exactly what I was wanting to get done. Due to our home being elevated out of the flood plain soon, I needed our garage doors and their tracks raised 3". Dan looked at what I needed after listening carefully and responded, "No problem, I can do that in about 2 hours" And he did just that. Adjusting opener and locks, he left everything better than before. I am thrilled with Precision Doors and Dan Kuhn. The work done was excellent and the price was very fair. I can safely recommend them to anyone.

Damien did a fine job of fixing my problem. I was afraid the door would fall because it wobbled, side to side as it went down. He said it just needed proper maintainance and after lubricating everything, it works much better. He relieved my anxiety. This is the 2nd time I've called your company since the elderly gentleman who used to help me retired.

Danny came to repair the doors - apparently the issues were relative to understanding light bouncing - any way I had asked the person (scheduler) to replace one of the lift master remotes, and place a 'key pad' on the outside. Danny did not have the products with him. Then on my finished report - Danny noted it should have better wheels - these are items I would like to fix all at once - not piece meal; I wish Danny would have called to tell me the additional needs - however, he likely did not have those items with him either. It appears to me - his on truck items are minimal in relationship to being off site - I was please with Danny's work, just not - due to supplies. Thanks
