Joe moved to San Antonio in 1979 from South Carolina with the United States Army. After serving for 21 years he decided to retire. He loves the city and his family and friends are here, so he made San Antonio his home. He loves to attend church and enjoys playing golf, watching sports and going to sporting events. Joe enjoys working in the garage door business, taking care of customers and making sure the job gets done.

I contacted Precision and a technician was sent out to look at the sealers at the bottom of my 2 garage doors. He looked at the sealers and said he could order some new ones, but they will be different. I accepted that. He also gave me a quote on the cost and added a $49 service fee when the repair was made. I asked what the service fee included and he told me that he would inspect the garage door system as part of that fee. The technician returned a few days later and installed the new sealers. They were quality parts and he installed them with no issues. The final price was actually lower than the price he quoted me. As I paid for the services I asked if he was going to inspect my garage door system as part of that service call fee. He told me that if the system is working fine, then an inspection is not needed. So, I got a light discount on the price, but my door system never got inspected.
