I am originally from Marfa, Texas which is a small town west of San Antonio known for their “mystery lights.” Five years ago I moved to San Antonio and couldn’t be happier. I am extremely active and between my two children, my black lab and working for Precision Door I manage to stay very busy. I enjoy my work and have a passion for helping others.

Technician was quick and very informative with the repair. I had a broken spring and he was able to replace it along with replacing the rollers. Afterwards, he walked me through maintenance of my garage door and how to improve it's life.

I got the name from my parents who have used y’all for years and have nothing but great things to say. I had a broken spring and couldn’t get the door to open. I called and within hours they showed up at my door. Monty was very professional and knowledgeable about what needed to be done and what I could do to keep up the maintenance on it. From the first call to the end of service they have great customer care and are willing to help!

Fantastic service. We had an issue with a garage door opener. Monty came by, he replaced the faulty wall station. He adjusted the door and everything works beautifully now. I am extremely happy with the service they provide highly recommended.

Monte did an excellent job of installing a new spring and explained what needed to be replaced and why. He also showed me how to maintain the spring, door rails, etc. for longer life of the garage door system. I was very happy with the work he did.

Great!! Technician Monty Morales took a look at my damaged door and in less than an hour the job was completed to my complete satifactiom. Monty’s inginuity allowed him to do job, no new parts. Very freindly personallity explained things need to maintain door. GREAT!!

Monte found and fixed the problem quickly. Turned out to be an issue with the initial installation and covered it under warranty even though it was out of warranty time. He could have sold me a story and billed me, I’d have been none the wiser. I recommend Precision Door to everyone!
