With gas prices as they are we can not afford to come to customers houses and charge nothing. We have fixed this situation for future callers already. Thank you for mentioning that to us. I was just trying to get a repair so that I could order a garage door to replace. But Kevin opted to say he couldn’t fathom making a repair knowing that the door needed replacement instead of repair.

Thank you for expressing your thoughts Mr. Aleman. We are constantly trying to tend to our customers needs and appreciate your feedback. I must however insist our technician did the right thing! We CAN NOT in good conscious fix a door that even by your own definition needed to be replaced as a whole. A band-aid on a a door that serves as a moving wall in your home and has the possibility of crashing down on children, pets, vehicles etc is simply too dangerous. Our company would be liable but more importantly the physical danger could be extreme. We hope you understand why we declined the work on your garage and did not charge you at all. We can't risk our integrity. We hope to be your choice for garage door replacement in the future.

Double door, spring broke, cables came off what a mess. Called Precision Door, Kevin came out and within an hour was back in business. Kevin gave me options and I elected to upgrade from a single spring to dual springs and much sturdier cables, new rollers and now Door operates like new!!! Thanks for the great service.

Replaced the spring on overhead garage door. Purchased door opener a few months ago and Tech offered to replace the spring informing us that it could fail. When door wouldn’t open thought he was trying to eliminate the known failure that was coming.

Kevin was actually early which was much appreciated. Went through all options on door repair. We chose to upgrade with all new parts even though we could have done just the springs. Booked my appointment online as soon as my torsion spring had snapped around 7pm. By 10am the next day, Kevin Walls was at my house, and he called about 30m ahead of time to let me know he was on the way. Kevin was a fantastic technician and very personable. There was no up-selling, and he worked with me on what I need and don’t need. He completed the job in less than an hour, and he walked me through the work when he was done. Everything is digital with Precision as well. They bring an iPad, show the detailed breakdown of your bill, and process payment electronically with an email receipt. Thanks Kevin!
