Hello, my name is Nur Watts. I’m from Houston, Tx originally but moved to San Antonio in September of 2020. I worked in the oil field for many years but wanted a change so that I could be more present for my wife and my children as they grow up. I came to Precision shortly after arriving in San Antonio. This has allowed me to spend more time with my family and to demonstrate my skills for garage door repairs and customer service. In my free time I enjoy spending time with family, traveling, reading and exploring investment opportunities.

Mr Watts is very professional and honest from quote price to repair. Mr watts, repair procedures is methodically prepared from setting tools to parts. Repair took less than an hour from the time he sets tools and parts. Great job!!! Recommended.

Had to call them out again with the same problem. They fixed it in short order. It was the sensor at the bottom of my garage door, it was loose. the company didn’t charge me and rightfully so. they backed up there warranty repair.

We dealt with 3 different companies that were very disappointing before contacting Precision. Once we called Precision, they set up an appointment the next morning. Our service repair person was Nur, who was extremely courteous & professional. He spent time actually looking at our system. He didn’t just tell us what needed repairs, he showed us. He completed all repairs by lunchtime! The cost was less than the other companies, and he did more than just replace the springs. He also left us with suggestions of things we might consider replacing in the near future (our motor),and he gave a quote for that too. We were very impressed with Nur, and the quick response of Precision. Within 24 hours of contacting them, our garage door opener was fixed!

I needed major garage door repair. I contacted Precision after looking on the internet and liking their reviews. Service man Nur showed up and introduced himself. A very nice man. He saw my garage door. Examined the problem(s), and made an assessment. He presented me with three solutions with no pressure to choose one. I selected one and he went right to work. Very knowlwdgeable about his work. He explained to me what he was doing and carried on. After he finished he explained to me everything he did. My door was working again. It was a very hot day and he did an excellent job. Thank you Nur for a job well done!!! Thank you Precision. I will gladly recommend you to anyone who needs their garage door fixed!!!

I called Precision in the morning and they were able to send a technician by 12:30 pm. The technician, Nur Watts, was very professional and explained to me what was wrong with my garage door and what my options were to fix the problem. He installed a new motor with more hp the same day and I am very satisfied with the results. Thank you Precision and Nur!

I have been a customer of Precision Doors, San Antonio for several years. I called them this morning with my problem and within two hours of my call they were at my door. Let’s start by saying Nur was the best technician I ever encountered of any trade. He was courteous and knowledgeable and answered all questions while he installed three new openers at my house. I’m a housing inspector by trait and it was refreshing that he had the correct answers to all my questions and knew code. It’s always nice to meet honest hardworking people who are just trying to take of their customers. Garage door openers are quite and run smoothly.
