Hello, my name is Waylan Walker. I’m originally from a small town in Indiana. I was raised in a home full of carpenters and hard workers and learned my skill at a young age. I moved to San Antonio in 2016 with my son. I am a hard worker that pays extreme attention to detail. I strive to further my skills with every job I complete. I approach each job as if it was my own home and strive for nothing but perfection.

I’m a firm believer in regular garage door service after a couple of failures and a lot of education. I’ve stuck with Precision because I like the technicians that come out, the appointments are booked quickly, and the prices are reasonable. Will continue with them for years to come.

I was impressed by your website. However, the person you sent, Waylan Walker did NOT impress me. When I asked for the bottom line, he said it was close to $675.00 When I asked if his Precision gave military discounts he supposedly called his superior and told me he could reduce the labor amount. He got on his laptop and punched a bunch of information and gave me the amount of a different motor. I then stepped in the house for a moment. When he left, I noticed that my 20 oz. hammer was missing. So now, I am not impressed at all with anything. I would like my hammer returned.

I do see that Waylan gave you a formal quote of $431.92 and did not collect the $49.95 service call charge you were informed of at the time you booked your appointment. It is unfortunate that your hammer is missing or misplaced. All my Technicians are thoroughly investigated and vetted before before they are hired.
