Hello, my name is Mark Licon. I am 37 years old, originally from Victoria, TX but now living in San Antonio and loving it. I was working in the oil field for some time, but finally found my true calling in the garage door industry. I have gained experience working on residential and industrial doors all over the gulf coast for the past 8 years. On my time off, I enjoy heading out to the movies or re-watching the classics. This is the way a home repair should work. Mark Licon, the tech assigned to the repair, arrived right on time, assessed the problem (one of my door springs had failed), and installed the replacement parts within one hour. I was pleased to learn he had replacement parts in his truck ready to go, not to mention a new remote i asked for 'off the cuff' that he was able to program for me within minutes. First class service, very professional and reliable. Extremely well done, especially on a Sunday afternoon. I couldn't be more impressed.

Technician examined garage door and provided his estimate for the service call and spring replacement. As we lifted the door, he discovered the bottom left bracket had come unscrewed from the door. I was surprised by the bill because it was $45 higher than he quoted me. He should have come clean and told me up front it would cost more since he had to use additional screws. Honesty always earns higher scores; today he only earned three stars.

The device guys that fix our garage were professional and courteous. The only thing is they didn't mention about a military discount for being a veteran or 15 dollars off a repair other than that they did a good job. Thank you

Look up garage door repair by google...pick Precision as it was 24 hr service....however no one was available until the next morning. Scheduled appt for this morning...tech arrived around 9:30am. He was pleasant and informative on what was wrong with garage door. Was happy with his service and over all friendliness.
