I recently had surgery and was unable to see what the problem was when a friend bumped into the garage door. Being Friday evening I got online and made an appointment for the next day so we had a functional door as soon as possible. The technician assigned was Wesley who stayed in touch before arriving and was able to fix the issue and did a safety check. Although the issue wasn't severe it was obvious he had an expert of the different doors and their operation from our discussion. Ooo, did I mention he was very curteous and friendly. Ricky Hernandez texted, called and then arrived in his window. He was thorough and professional. Best of all, he advised as to remedies for the last 'outlaw' that worked on our garage door just six months prior from another local neighborhood company and ways to correct previous mistakes. Couldn't believe how little mistakes make a big difference. Ricky didn't pressure me to buy anything or repair anything. Just made suggestions and let me decide. Couldn't believe how quiet and smoothly both doors worked after he made all the adjustments and lubricated. He even showed me ways to keep maintenance on my doors in the future with lubricants, adjustments, etc. It was expensive but if you want professional results, go to Precision Door. And Ricky.

When my garage door cables broke on a Sunday evening, I was quite worried about the entire process. Not only was my vehicle trapped in the garage, but I was worried that it would take weeks to get repaired. However, Ricky came out the next day to help, and he was able to free my car. He helped me choose a door to match our brick and said it was available for installation Wednesday. So the door was purchased and the installation was scheduled for Wednesday morning between 8-10. That morning, Wyatt called about 7:30 and said he was 40 minutes out. When he arrived at 8:10, we went over the door specs to ensure he had the right parts, then he got to work. He said he was hoping to be finished in 4 hours. He was finished in 3! Both men were knowledgeable and friendly. I am so glad I contacted Precision Garage Door Service!

It was all good. Aaron was professional, polite, and courteous. The original problem was a broken spring on an 18 year old door. Aaron found several other parts that were worn out. He had all of the replacement parts with him and the job was finished on the same day (Saturday).

I had a good appointment time for me and I received a call saying he was on his way which I like. He looked at the opener and I explained exactly what had happened. I was also asked how old the opener was and it was definitely over 10 years. He showed me the different options I had and there was one that I thought would be perfect and was also a good price. It was installed and the opener I had worked plus the 2 that came with the new opener. I will be putting the paperwork with all the other house papers I have. If I have any problems I will definitely be calling because I feel I was well informed about everything.

While at church on Sunday our garage door came off the track after closing. I called Precision approximately 12:45 and Caleb Skaggs was here by 1:50! He fixed the door without adding lots of extra cost for parts that didn’t need replacing. He got it working and oiled up in less than an hour! He was personable and trustworthy. I will use them again in the future!
