I called you guys because I love your commercials! I called this morning at 8:30 and we had a technician here at noon. Precision Doors provided a quick, excellent service experience. Their online appointment system was easy to use. I appreciated the phone call and text message stating who the technician was and when he was on his way. The technician, Ricky Hernandez, was outstanding! He quickly found and fixed the problem, took the time to thoroughly inspect the rest of the door and provide general maintenance, and gave advice on keeping the door in good working condition. My experience with Precision was great. It was an emergency and they were able to get a service man right out . He was very knowledgable and knew the problem right off . He checked my doors and made sure everything working . My problem was taken care of with ease on his part . Afterwards I felt at ease and taken care of . This is the second repair I had done by Precision. Wes actually was the Technician on both repairs, a garage door opener and today he replaced the broken spring system, bearings and rollers. He also took the time to help me fix the myQ app on my phone. Would recommend Precision and Wes for repairs.

I had a good appointment time for me and I received a call saying he was on his way which I like. He looked at the opener and I explained exactly what had happened. I was also asked how old the opener was and it was definitely over 10 years. He showed me the different options I had and there was one that I thought would be perfect and was also a good price. It was installed and the opener I had worked plus the 2 that came with the new opener. I will be putting the paperwork with all the other house papers I have. If I have any problems I will definitely be calling because I feel I was well informed about everything.

The technician that came to help us, Jonathan Hernandez, was so kind! He took the time to explain everything - making sure we knew our options and what we needed to take into consideration. Jonathan, arrived in a very timely manor. He asked what problems was I experiencing. He then showed me different maintenance-package u r company offer. He ran the operation of the door through an operating cycle and I decided on a package that replaced the bearings and roller and lubed the remaining parts. He policed his work area, sent me an electronic invoice and stated he would also send a paper copy for my records. Jonathan was very professional in his appearance, his knowledge of his profession. He was very knowledgeable, My husband went to Lowes to try to install the unit himself, He could not understand the new updates so he couldn’t finish the job. I just needed some questions answered about 2 products and their estimated costs. I could not get answers over the phone; I had to have a 'free' on-site estimate. In my opinion this took your gas expense & employee time, AND my time. The technician was friendly & courteous BUT he was more interested in my garage doors than in the garage opener I needed to replace. I finally got him to give me estimates for what I needed (on his tablet) which I asked that he email to me Your price for the Liftmaster was DOUBLE what I bought from another company. He also gave me a written quote for $1,173 to "service my doors" RIDICUOUS!!! The Company that did my work said my doors are fine, actually very good. They are 5 years old. He included spraying the hinges, rollers, and checking the balance for FREE. I'm sorry, but never would I use your company services, and have suggested my friends do the same
