It was very easy and convenient to schedule an online service call with Precision Overhead Door. I scheduled it on a Sunday, and was able to select my date and time of service. Caleb Skaggs was my service technician, and I was very impressed with his knowledge and expertise regarding my garage door. My door was misaligned and noisy when I opened and closed it. Caleb was able to quicky and professionally diagnose and correct the problem. I highly recommend Precision Overhead Door of San Antonio for you future garage door needs.

2nd house I have used Precision Garage Door Service. Problem with loud rough operation of builder grade opener. Installed new motor unit with wonderful lights, rollers, cables, main opener, remotes, and keypad. All problems solved. Except now, I do a double take whether the door is actually opening or closing because it is so quiet (and nice).

Quick response. Door cable came loose and needed to get car out of garage. BJ was the tech who repaired our door. He knew his business. He looked at the problem and gave me a rough estimate. He further inspected the door to make sure no other damage was done. He noted some wear and tear but focused on the repair at hand. Without delay, completed the job. Bottom line: showed up, inspected, repaired and completed transaction quickly. Will call whenever I need garage door service

My technicians were Aaron and Dustin. Both were very courteous and explained exactly what needed to be adjusted ( the spring needed tightening , etc). Bearings were replaced. I watched as they completed repairs. Even though my garage door is several years old, they felt that it was still in fairly good condition. I appreciated the fact that they were being very honest about the condition of my door. I feel confident that my door will be in good working condition for some time now. My installer was superb. He was eager to get the job done despite the late hour on a Sunday afternoon. He explained the work needed, reviewed the products he recommended, I made a selection and he went to work and finished in the time he estimated. The installation is excellent and the door opener is way better than the one replaced which was noisy and able to be heard at the rear of the house. I barely hear it operating now even when standing in the garage.

Caleb was great! He explained everything and went over the work performed! Very professional and friendly. Do believe Precision could be more transparent about not servicing Wayne Dalton residential products/springs prior to sending a tech out. If not, customers will be paying a needless service charge or buying a new spring system ~$1,350-$1,600 versus just replacing the spring. I’m glad had the new spring system installed.
