Precision was recommended by my daughter who used them several times in the past and was very pleased with their work. Before I talked to my daughter I had another company come out and they gave me an estimate which was very high. I scheduled an appointment online with Precision and Patrick arrived the next morning on time. He was very professional, knowledgeable and polite explaining all that was needed to repair my door. The price was several hundred dollars less than the other company. The door is working great and I am very happy how he handled everything and cleaned up taking all broken parts. I highly recommend Precision overhead door.

The technician was upset due to getting a call late in the day using foul language towards my wife. At the end of the day he got the door fixed I will call Precision again but request different tech The tech who originally installed the doo was GREAT

Precision installed a garage door opener last year when mine malfunctioned. So when I decided to put an opener on the 2nd garage door, I called them. My installation was promptly scheduled and I am happy with it. Both the office staff and the installer were professional and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

My garage door opener needed replacing and I had seen Precision Garage Door Service television commercials. I looked at their reviews and decided to call them about a replacement. The customer service agent was great. She was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. She actually was the reason I decided to give Precision a try. The technician David called 30 minutes prior to arrival as promised, arrived on time and was super nice. David installed the new unit on time with no issues. He even helped me connect the new opener to my WiFi. He also helped me install the new opener on my car and outside remote. This has been one of the best vendor experiences I’ve had. Great, Professional Job. Thank You

Precision Garage Doors was excellent and provided us great service. We had issues with our garage door opener not opening/closing properly and they came out twice. Made our first service call right by honoring our service call. Eventually we had to install a new motherboard. In which Wesley replaced this morning. He is very professional and kind. Did exchange in no time! Great job!

Chris was very knowledgable about my repair and completed the job timely while honoring the quote provided by the dispatch operator. I received a entirely different quote when I spoke to Kristy over teh phone to fix my garage door. When tech came out and looked and quoted me 3x the amount. Then insult to injury charged me the $69 dollar service fee for 4 minutes of looking around.
