Technician arrived at stated time, which pleased me and my wife. He explained what might have caused our door to have the problem since it worked well om its own. He serviced our door, tightening bolds, rebalancing springs and lubricating where needed. He was quick and thorough, and very courteous.

Brian was very good at explaining what our problem was with the opener. Also suggested maintenance on the garage door. When he got thru he explained what he found and repaired.

Patrick came over early which was great cause garage door was stuck in up position. Patrick explained what was broken. He replaced all broken parts and did a tune-up on the door. Door moves great now. Patrick gave me his company card and receipt and warranty. I will definitely recommend him to my neighbors. Thank you Patrick great work.

Garage door opener worked for 1 day now it does not work at all.

We wanted to follow up regarding your garage door opener after our recent service visit. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced and hope the opener is now functioning properly. I am very dissatisfied with the overall service call. Although the broken torsion spring was ultimately repaired. The following points are why I rate this a single star. Your service rep spent the first part of this call (30- 40 mins) as a sales person and not a service tech. I had to go through his "sales pitch for additional pricing addons" before he actually got to addressing the issue I called Precision about. Secondly, because both of my vehicles were stuck inside the garage because of the single broken torsion spring, I felt compelled to accept your outrageous service pricing so that the work could be completed and I was able to get back to my daily planned activities. By outrageous, I mean your bill that I signed off for. Setting aside the center bearing replacement cost and the approximate cost of the two torsion springs; your labor cost came out to $485 per hour. Since your marketing material indicated free service charge for any repairs performed this would not be part of the high labor cost. The actual repair time was closer to 35-40 mins versus an hour. At $485 labor cost per hour, there is no way I would seek out Precision for any future needs nor recommend them to anyone. You asked if my expectations were met and I am giving you my thoughts of the experience. Sincerely yours;

His name was Christopher Figueroa, very professional, shared information about his experience and training when I asked, appearance good, answered my questions, made improvement suggestions on door upgrade, was a very professional person who represented Precision Door well. I had purchased a new garage door about two years ago. Well two bolts came loose and the bracket holding the top panel on the track came off. The door wouldn't close. So I found one bolt and reconnected it temporarily. I had to pay $159 for them to service it. Which should be covered under the warranty I feel.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry for the inconvenience caused by your door not operating properly. While we’re glad our team was able to restore operation, our labor warranty is one year from the date of service, as noted on the invoice signed at the time of purchase. Since the installation occurred approximately two years ago, the service visit was not covered under warranty. If you would like to discuss this further, we encourage you to contact us directly.

Our technician was courteous and polite. The price was outrageous, but I didn’t have time for another estimate. It was double what I paid in 2018. I got the story of supply chains and better quality than builder grade, but honestly felt ripped off. Won’t be using Precision Overhead Door again.

I called Friday afternoon at 4:30p needing an underpowered motor replaced......I was fully expecting it to take at least week for troubleshooting, delivery, install, etc. To my pleasant surprise, Patrick was at my door by 8:00a the next morning, and new motor was installed by 10:00a. Great service.

Amazing company and great service! We had an emergency right before the upcoming winter freeze, and our garage was no longer functional. Ricky came out an hour earlier than planned and was able to diagnose the issue right away. We needed a new garage door. He was patient and explained the options to me. The installation started in less than an hour. They did a great job installing a new garage with new equipment. Wyatt was helpful at the end to show me how to use the new device. I was very impressed from the first phone call I made until the end. I would highly recommend Precision Overhead Door for any needs. Everything was fixed before 5 pm, and my family was safe from the winter weather. The team at Precision Overhead Door made a stressful situation as pleasant as it could be and helped us out!

It was all good. Aaron was professional, polite, and courteous. The original problem was a broken spring on an 18 year old door. Aaron found several other parts that were worn out. He had all of the replacement parts with him and the job was finished on the same day (Saturday).

Quick profesional service. I like getting a message with the name and picture of the technician coming. The only thing to improve is the accuracy of the estimate over the phone though I know that it is hard to do.
