We've used Precision Overhead Door of San Antonio for decades, and our latest experience reminded us why. When our old opener finally broke, I called for help and Ricky was at my house within just a few hours. He didn't have the opener we needed on his truck, but despite the fact that it almost 5pm, he made calls and arranged for his co-worker, Brian, to bring one by. The two of them replaced our garage door opener and keypads and oriented us to the new system. They were both so friendly and fun that -- believe it or not -- we ended up having them stay and play a card game in our dining room after they were done! That was a first!

Ricky Hernandez texted, called and then arrived in his window. He was thorough and professional. Best of all, he advised as to remedies for the last 'outlaw' that worked on our garage door just six months prior from another local neighborhood company and ways to correct previous mistakes. Couldn't believe how little mistakes make a big difference. Ricky didn't pressure me to buy anything or repair anything. Just made suggestions and let me decide. Couldn't believe how quiet and smoothly both doors worked after he made all the adjustments and lubricated. He even showed me ways to keep maintenance on my doors in the future with lubricants, adjustments, etc. It was expensive but if you want professional results, go to Precision Door. And Ricky.

When my garage door cables broke on a Sunday evening, I was quite worried about the entire process. Not only was my vehicle trapped in the garage, but I was worried that it would take weeks to get repaired. However, Ricky came out the next day to help, and he was able to free my car. He helped me choose a door to match our brick and said it was available for installation Wednesday. So the door was purchased and the installation was scheduled for Wednesday morning between 8-10. That morning, Wyatt called about 7:30 and said he was 40 minutes out. When he arrived at 8:10, we went over the door specs to ensure he had the right parts, then he got to work. He said he was hoping to be finished in 4 hours. He was finished in 3! Both men were knowledgeable and friendly. I am so glad I contacted Precision Garage Door Service!

Amazing company and great service! We had an emergency right before the upcoming winter freeze, and our garage was no longer functional. Ricky came out an hour earlier than planned and was able to diagnose the issue right away. We needed a new garage door. He was patient and explained the options to me. The installation started in less than an hour. They did a great job installing a new garage with new equipment. Wyatt was helpful at the end to show me how to use the new device. Ricardo Hernandez was the garage door technician that came to my rescue when I needed my current garage door system replaced. I had the old style system of two springs on either side of the garage door to assist opening and closing. I’ve repaired these systems in the past, but have grown tired of stringing cables and springs together. Ricky replaced my old system with the current system that most newer homes have…one tension spring over the door getting rid of my laundry line of cables and springs. Ricky did an excellent job and I commend Precision for his training and knowledge. I would not hesitate to recommend Precision to anyone who needs a professional to repair their garage.
