My garage door was originally installed by Precision Door by the previous owner. It's old. When I called and explained I had found a bolt from the support structure on the floor, they immediately set up an appointment for the same day. Aaron was punctual, early in fact, friendly and efficient. He did a safety check, repaired several loose bolts, answered my many questions, and gave me a reasonable quote for replacement. Made my day.

Did a great job. Polite and professional. Wanted me to replace the whole door [$3000] because it is old. The problems were two cracked hinges and 2 screw nails which had come out and all were easily replaced

I chose Precision Overhead Door Company based on past experience. They installed a great belt drive LiftMaster garage door opener several years ago. The service call today was for routine maintenance and check up on the system and garage door. Aaron was very thorough in checking everything, answering all my questions, and explaining some needed future maintenance and/or upgrades to the door. He was also able to help me reset the MyQ Wi-Fi connection that had been problematic for me. I have never been disappointed with the service provided by Precision Overhead Door Company. Every technician who has come to my home, like Aaron, has been knowledgeable, professional, friendly and helpful. Great company!

My technicians were Aaron and Dustin. Both were very courteous and explained exactly what needed to be adjusted ( the spring needed tightening , etc). Bearings were replaced. I watched as they completed repairs. Even though my garage door is several years old, they felt that it was still in fairly good condition. I appreciated the fact that they were being very honest about the condition of my door. I feel confident that my door will be in good working condition for some time now. One of our two 22 year-old garage door openers quit working last week. Having had very good service from Precision in the past, I called and asked them to take a look at our old openers and make a recommendation to repair or replace.
