I found your website online and was hooked by Stella’s photo and bio. I made an online appointment and picked an early time-slot expecting to get a follow up call that a tech could come out sometime later or next week, like it seems for most residential service needs. I was happily surprised that my request was promptly answered and that Ricky was en route well within the requested time window. We had a hung door and were unable to close the garage door. Ricky was professional and knowledgeable, and provided clear understanding for our garage door issues and answered my random questions about the process. The work was completed expertly and the garage door operates far better than it has since we moved in. We appreciate Ricky’s work and I would definitely recommend Precision if anyone else in our neighborhood experiences an issue with their garage door.
