Precision Garage Door Service of San Antonio

The technician that came out to my place of residence, did a fantastic job! The technician gave me quite a few options and did not try to upsell me on things that were not needed. The technician also diagnosed the problem with efficiency and precision for both of my garage doors I chose the option I wanted and the technician got to work and finished in a timely manner. It was slightly pricey, as all things these days, but you get what you pay for and it was totally worth it! Thank you again!!

Ricky remembered my door from a previous call and confirmed that the opener motor had failed (gears) this time. I asked if I could purchase and install a new Genie myself, and he was kind enough to recommend a belt-drive vs. screw drive. I told him that my grandson was staying with us and could help me, so he understood. Thanks Precision for a very neighborly way of doing business.

I was charged $291 for minimal garage door adjustments (basically a slight imbalance). The charge for the small amount of work performed was extremely high. The rates and potential repair costs were never reviewed with me beforehand. This is poor customer service; Aaron should have contacted his main office to discussed a lower cost for the minimum work performed, and he wasn't even on site for more than 30 minutes. He adjusted it and then told me this is what it will cost. Very, Very, unacceptable. I request an adjustment to the charge to below $180.

- Lawrence Devine

Aaron came on time and was able to completely fix my garage door on Labor day. I had thought he would fix the door well enough to come back on a work day to finish. Web site was easy to navigate, and we made on-line appointment for the next day. Wes Eskew showed up early. He was thorough and efficient in diagnosing the problem and in assessing corrective actions. Wes clearly laid out three repair options and the pros and cons of each. He didn’t pressure us to choose the most expensive option. Once we decided, he completed the work quickly and got our garage door working smoothly.

- SUSAN BELL

We appreciate your detailed feedback and are pleased to know your experience was positive from scheduling through completion. Wes demonstrated the thoroughness, efficiency, and professionalism we expect from our technicians, and we’re glad he clearly explained the available repair options without pressure. I saw the ad in a neighborhood flyer. I am so glad that I called this company. Jesse arrived, assessed my needs, got the materials, and installed brand-new doors with attention to detail that very few installers could match. The job was evaluated and completed in one afternoon. I grew up in a home-building family. I understand attention to detail when I see it. Jesse's installation was excellent, and the door works perfectly. We are very happy with the entire experience.

- Larry Retzloff

We greatly appreciate your recognition of Jesse’s attention to detail and quality workmanship. Having a customer with a background in home building acknowledge the quality of his installation is a meaningful compliment. We are pleased to know the project was completed efficiently and that your new doors are performing perfectly. We appreciate your business and are proud to have provided you with an excellent experience.

I was impressed by Precision when they installed my replacement door, and hence, when my door spring failed. Justin Rainey gave me professional service and I am recommending him for repairing my daughter's garage door. No negative comments... It's all positive and what I expect in a quality job. Thanks!!

- ROBERT SABIA

We had used Precision in the past for various garage door issues. A few years back they replaced the motors in both of our doors. Decided that the doors needed an annual review and tune up. Jonathan was great at assessing the need for new rollors and installing them as well as the rubber lip at the bottom of both doors. One less household item to worry about.

- Christine Ledesma

We’re always grateful when customers choose to call us again, and it’s great to hear we’ve been able to take care of your garage doors over the years. Jonathan did a great job identifying the areas that needed attention and getting the new rollers and bottom seals installed on both doors. We appreciate your continued business and are glad we could help take one more item off your to-do list!
