I have had Precision replace/repair my garage opener/s a couple of times. This morning was the most recent. I will continue to use Precision in the future if needed. This morning Justin Rainey was the professional that replaced the garage door opener. Justin was awesome! He was professional - explained everything he was going to do - worked non-stop - courteous and cleaned up after he left. I have several professionals around doing different jobs - but Justin was and is the best I have ever had the pleasure of meeting.. If I ever need garage door work needed - I will ask for Justin! We've used Precision Overhead Door of San Antonio for decades, and our latest experience reminded us why. When our old opener finally broke, I called for help and Ricky was at my house within just a few hours. He didn't have the opener we needed on his truck, but despite the fact that it almost 5pm, he made calls and arranged for his co-worker, Brian, to bring one by. The two of them replaced our garage door opener and keypads and oriented us to the new system. They were both so friendly and fun that -- believe it or not -- we ended up having them stay and play a card game in our dining room after they were done! That was a first!

Patrick was awesome at explaining the problem with our garage door. I couldn't get the door to close and it was difficult getting in open. I called Precision right away and within a couple of hours they were there to remedy the situation. Patrick replaced the spring system, took his time and lubricated all of the hinges and got it up and running pretty quickly. Very professional and much appreciated. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Drive belt on my Genie garage door opener broke Friday evening while I was doing some yard work. Contacted Precision that evening online and scheduled tech to arrive Saturday between 10AM - 2PM. Jason arrived a little after noon and after going over the options, repair or replace, I decided to replace the old opener with a new Genie door opener. Jason did it in a little over an hour and it works beautifully. Jason answered my questions, and did an excellent job and left me with my new remotes and panel controls. I called the office and was told someone could be there between 400 and 800. In about 15 minutes Patrick texted he was 15 minutes out. He accessed the situation and gave me a price and had it going in about 45 minutes. Very professional and knowledgeable.

Have used Precision in the past. Needed a 'tune-up' on my door as it has squealed on the down function going on a year. Finally decided to take action. Tech Patrick replaced all my rollers and made adjustments to the door rails as well as ensuring that all hinges, springs and cable gear were well lubricated. Like a new door! Will be calling Precision in the near future to replace the rubber gasket at the bottom of the door.

Justin did a good job of replacing my garage door motor, track and controls. Friendly and professional person at all times. The job was done in less than 2 hours and he also set up my cars with the motor controls. The job was finished completely and he did a safety inspection of my springs and rollers to ensure everything worked great. My only negative comment is the cost. Over the years, including the last hose I owned 2 years ago, I did the same work myself for CONSIDERABLY less. I realize things today are more expensive due to the present administration with tariffs and all but think a review of their billing might make using their services less painful.

About 15 years ago, Precision Garage Door put up my brand new garage doors and in an outstanding job recently. I had a problem so I called Precision Garage Door because they did such a fine job to begin with. I was scheduled for service from 10 AM to 2 PM and young Jonathan showed up called me and said would it be all right if he came a little bit early which was super for me so he got there about 945 or so he got everything done his quotes for excellent.. It was able to get everything done no matter of an hour and a half or so to my extreme satisfaction he was courteous, cheerful, brave, thrifty, and reverent a fine young man and I would gladly give him 10 stars for his performance. I have referred other others in the past to Precision. I will continue to do so.

Brian arrived promptly. He was courteous and professional. He diagnosed the problem and provided several options at different price points. I selected a package that was essentially an overhaul of the motor and all mechanical parts. He and another technician installed the necessary parts in about two hours' time.
