This is the second repair I had done by Precision. Wes actually was the Technician on both repairs, a garage door opener and today he replaced the broken spring system, bearings and rollers. He was very knowledgeable, My husband went to Lowes to try to install the unit himself, He could not understand the new updates so he couldn’t finish the job. Hello. Wes came out to review my door sweep troubles after cement work was done there was a gap on the left. He brought out a stout door sweep. Installed it after measures. Then he adjusted the door by the central control intricately and that solved the last bit of a gap! The fine door sweep seal also covered up a slight crimp at the bottom done during my build sadly that my builder did not clear up. So needless to say very relieved Wes came out. Quick and excellent is an understatement. Old garage door opener failed. At 1:40pm I was able to schedule an appointment on line for 2:00pm. At 1:45 tech, Wes Eskew text that he was on his way. He performed a total system check and found the 20 yr old opener failed. Replaced all and was gone at 4:00pm. Great job!

Wes had me shut and open the garage door and immediately diagnosed the problems right away. Gave me the price to do the repairs which I approved and he went to work on the problems. Wanted a tune-up on my precision garage door opening system and that is exactly what I got. Called and got an appointment next day which was awesome. We have used precision door in the past so when outside keypad began to work erratically we called on them again. Service technician, Wesley Eskew arrived on time and provided written estimate before starting work. Wesley's appearance and demeanor was very professional. Precision garage door did a great job. My door broke around 10 pm and I called them shortly after that on a Sunday and expected to get voicemail so someone could call me back. To my surprise I got a live person on the phone. Made the appointment and Wesley the technician showed up on time and had it fixed fast and correctly. Great job and great service. I saw a commercial on TV is the reason I called them. Highly recommended this company. Wesley gave me 4 repair options and explained them to me.
