Wes and Chris were very knowledgeable about the door and issues I was having and offered solutions for me to consider I chose opener replacement and new rollers for the door ,they had everything on the truck. Completed the job fast and to my satisfaction, cleaned up very well and answered all my questions and offered to program my cars. Will definitely recommend that to anyone needing garage door service. Wes had me shut and open the garage door and immediately diagnosed the problems right away. Gave me the price to do the repairs which I approved and he went to work on the problems. Precision garage door did a great job. My door broke around 10 pm and I called them shortly after that on a Sunday and expected to get voicemail so someone could call me back. To my surprise I got a live person on the phone. Made the appointment and Wesley the technician showed up on time and had it fixed fast and correctly. Great job and great service. I saw a commercial on TV is the reason I called them. Highly recommended this company. Wesley gave me 4 repair options and explained them to me. Have been using this company for years on own house and a rental property. Always a quick response, efficient technicians, reasonable rates. Wes arrived on time, worked very efficiently, gave a couple of options with explanations of why the work needed to be done today, and if work should be done but could be in the future when it fit better in the budget. Precision Garage Door is one of the BEST! My garage door would not open or close but just about 2". I called them in the morning, and they said they could be out mid to late in the afternoon that day. I live in the country too. The Technician arrived around 3:00. He assessed the problem and explained the three options for the repairs to my door. He said he could fix the door then too and had all the parts for the repairs no matter which option I choose. Wes was great. He explained what the glitch might be with the door sticking a bit to the trim. So, yeah, it does make more noise on the first opening of the day. After he left it was working quietly, because he tightened everything and sprayed the joints and also the trim.
