Service was very good as always. Had new springs and rollers installed and an overall door checkup performed. Door is actually even better and quieter than before. Have used Precision for many years and will continue to use them.

Justin did a good job of replacing my garage door motor, track and controls. Friendly and professional person at all times. The job was done in less than 2 hours and he also set up my cars with the motor controls. The job was finished completely and he did a safety inspection of my springs and rollers to ensure everything worked great. My only negative comment is the cost. Over the years, including the last hose I owned 2 years ago, I did the same work myself for CONSIDERABLY less. I realize things today are more expensive due to the present administration with tariffs and all but think a review of their billing might make using their services less painful.

I have using Precision for several years. My previous company could come out for several days, but the first time I called Precision they were out the same day. Have used several times and have been super pleased. This time they replaced the Genie machine in less than two hours. At a fair price (was about the same as a quote from three years ago). Will use again.

Our garage door broke around 3:30 pm and I called Precison and they had a technician at our house at 4:15 pm the same day. Justin was very helpful and explained everything he was very friendly and professional. He even took the time to explain everything again to my wife when she got home. We ended up having to buy a new door and I’m very confident the insulation will go well too.
