If I could give 6 stars I would without hesitation. My garage door started with a busted spring, in addition a cable also busted. Jonathan "Johnny" Hernandez was the tech that arrived after a phone call to identify himself as the technician. He was professional, polite, and precise. I've used Precision Garage Door before and they haven't fallen short of being the best. Call them, you won't be disappointed.

I chose your company because my husband wanted to use you, but before we could call he passed away. I am glad, however, that I followed his choice because everything went perfectly. Jonathan was a few minutes over his posted time, and immediately apologized, but I am familiar with San Antonio traffic. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Excellent communication, and they got us scheduled immediately. Showed up on time, did the work in a timely manner, and the price to repair was completely reasonable. Would absolutely use again should any other issue arise. We've had 2 other people in the last 2 years come to assess and repair the garage door issues. Both times they left with a service fee, but no repair for us. So, we just let it go. But today, I decided to try one more time before just buying a whole new system. Your Tech, Johnathon Hernandez, came out, identified the problem immediately, gave a quote up front to fix, and handled it. No hidden fees, no surprises after the job, just got to work and did what he said he'd do. Definitely a 5 star company, and they get a 10/10 rating from us! Highly recommend! Thanks so much!!

Excellent service call and garage door tune-up by Jonathan H. He was prompt, professional and polite. He examined the safety features for proper performance then inspected functional parts. He then provided three estimates of current repairs and potential future repairs. He showed me how to perform monthly maintenance on my garage door. I am pleased with the quieter performance of my garage door but I also have peace of mind. Thanks Jonathan and Precision!

I had looked at Precision Overhead Door of San Antonio a few years ago, and at the time,e I recall the prices were reasonable. When Johnny came over and quoted three Garage Door openers at $1000 above cost, I regretted calling because if I said no, I would have been charged a fee for just coming out. Reluctantly, I agreed, and while I like the product, the installation (specifically, the wire management) was messy, and I'll probably have to redo it myself. In addition, when mounting the wire, they left greasy handprints on my ceiling and walls. So now I have to clean them or repaint over them. Overall, they weren't worth the premium they charge. If you want to pay $1000 for labor and get a mediocre job completed quickly, this is your company.
