I had a good appointment time for me and I received a call saying he was on his way which I like. He looked at the opener and I explained exactly what had happened. I was also asked how old the opener was and it was definitely over 10 years. He showed me the different options I had and there was one that I thought would be perfect and was also a good price. It was installed and the opener I had worked plus the 2 that came with the new opener. I will be putting the paperwork with all the other house papers I have. If I have any problems I will definitely be calling because I feel I was well informed about everything.

Jonathan, arrived in a very timely manor. He asked what problems was I experiencing. He then showed me different maintenance-package u r company offer. He ran the operation of the door through an operating cycle and I decided on a package that replaced the bearings and roller and lubed the remaining parts. He policed his work area, sent me an electronic invoice and stated he would also send a paper copy for my records. Jonathan was very professional in his appearance, his knowledge of his profession. Garage door needed a tune up. Tech quickly diagnosed a couple issues and fixed those. Then gave the system a tune up. Door works and is really quiet now. Easy to make an appointment and a senior discount! Highly recommend company!

A few years ago, the main spring (attached to the wall above the door) broke. Precision replaced it at a reasonable price. Then, a few years ago, the garage door opener was acting up. Precision sent out an employee, who after working on it, told me that he was going to replace it for free, because it got worse after he attempted to fix it. That, of course, was a very nice surprise. So, last week, the door started freezing up while going down. I tried lubricating the rollers, but yesterday it froze up again as I was leaving. I called Precision, and their employee: rewired the motion detectors; replaced a few hinges; and replaced all of the rollers at a reasonable price.

Excellent communication, and they got us scheduled immediately. Showed up on time, did the work in a timely manner, and the price to repair was completely reasonable. Excellent service call and garage door tune-up by Jonathan H. He was prompt, professional and polite. He examined the safety features for proper performance then inspected functional parts. He then provided three estimates of current repairs and potential future repairs. He showed me how to perform monthly maintenance on my garage door.
