Excellent experience! 5 Stars! I called on Saturday morning, made an appointment and had a highly qualified and friendly service technician at my door by the afternoon. Dan diagnosed the problem (broken spring), gave me repair options and had it fixed in record time. He even took the time to tune and lube the other door while there. I will definitely recommend Precision to my friends. Thank you!

Friendly. Courteous, confident, professional and efficient. My door had parts that fell off everywhere and the technician made me feel comfortable during the repairs.
