Our garage door motor was making an unusual noise...we called Precision out for an inspection and general servicing. Turns out that one of our springs was broken. We elected to replace both springs and a variety of other components. We thought the price was very reasonable and we were EXTREMELY impressed by Monty's knowledge and professionalism!

Mark did an outstanding job with the installation of the new chain drive garage door opener. Mark is polite, knowledgeable, professional and very thorough. The installation went smoothly. We had a power outage for several hours and after it returned one of our garage openers no longer worked. I called a “Neighborhood” door service and a fellow arrived later that day. He advised that the motor was gone and proceeded to try and sell us a very expensive replacement. Lots of charges and small “discounts.” Didn’t feel right. After another internet search, the Precicion webpage provided lots of info on their operations, employees, processes, etc. They also quoted many reviews by customers that gave us some assurance that they knew what they were doing. I called them and Monty arrived a few hours later. He was polite, nicely dressed and he got right to work. The old motor, about 7 years old, was shot and he explained our alternatives with reasonable pricing. We decided to use Precision and we are very happy with the results. Good people, good price and we feel confident that the door will continue to function for many years. Monty is a great employee and a valuable representative for your company. Thanks.

Their service call of $49 was very reasonable. They came the same day. Their work so far looks great. The only down side was that the whole garage door opener was a little pricey and they only had one model with them to fit my existing one. However, I chose not to wait and had it installed that day.

Jason Dawson was the technician and he did a great job fixing our problem and doing maintenance to prevent future problems. He also pointed out some items that may potentially cause problems in the future but were ok for now. He did not try and pressure me into buying extra products or purchasing more items.

The chain on my garage door opener broke. I called Precision because of good reviews and because a Precision garage door opener was installed on the main garage door last December. Danny arrived on time and said he could not replace the chain because Precision does not handle Genie openers. I decided to have a new opener installed because the original was 12 years old and a Precision opener was installed on the other door. Danny was very personable and did a great job. My only negative comment concerns the cost. The total was $591. I don't think that is unreasonable, but it is $120 more than it cost for the same opener in December. Don’t understand why the price would increase so much in six months. That said, the lady who handled my call and Danny were terrific; their prompt, friendly and efficient service are the reasons for the five star review.
