Nur Watts was a very polite and knowledgeable technician. He explained all of the problems that the garage door was having and why it broke. He was extremely careful to give me the cost of the project and the time it would take to complete it ,his professionalism and work ethics we’re very evident in his diligent attention to detail. I would definitely recommend this company and I will call the company again when necessary.

On time. Professionally evaluated the loud noise in my garage door operation and determined the driver was the source, but since it was functioning normally I decided not to replace it now. I will certainly call Precision for replacement when required.

Garage door spring broke with my car in garage. Couldn't get the door open and couldn't get my car out. I called Saturday morning and that afternoon early the repair was made at a fair price which included a one year warranty. Great service from two kind and courteous servicemen. Thank you!
