Patrick was truly excellent, we scheduled an appointment and due to poor planning on my side, he had to return a few days later, but he never seemed to be upset by it, he was more than happy to return. He was highly communicative throughout the process as well and understood the balancing act we were doing. He installed 2 garage door openers, while balancing the coming-and-goings of movers bringing in boxes and furniture. Our garage door wouldn’t open and our cars were still inside. We managed to get the door opened manually, but our cars were still inside. We had to leave the door up during Sunday night. So, early Monday, January the 6th, we called Precision Door Service. We were pleasantly surprised to get a return call within 30 minutes to tell us that we would get a technician, David Arreguin, within an hour. When he arrived, he told us about the company and then proceeded to access the problem. He was so knowledgeable, courteous, honest and so polite. He told us that we had a very good door and we only needed a complete spring system overhaul. What an honest man!
