Travis, our tech, was simply wonderful. He called before showing up exactly on time. He was professional, neat, and, prepared. He knew exactly what we needed and didn’t try to sell us something we didn’t need. He installed the new opener in two hours and instructed us on how everything worked. Finally, he even programmed our vehicles with the opener. Now that’s service! Would definitely use Precision again.

Had trouble with my garage door not closing. Chris was on time and had it adjusted in less than an hour. He did not try to sell me a bunch of stuff that I did not need, he just evaluated the door and made the adjustments needed. I have used this company twice now the first time they replaced the spring and two years late a quick adjustment.

I was having issues with one of my garage door openers. Precision was able to send someone out the next day at a time the was best for me. Called prior to arriving. Arrived on time. Tech was very professional, was able to pinpoint the problem within min. Since my openers were old (from 1997 I believe) I decided to have new ones installed. He had everything needed on the truck and was able to install at that time and at the price quoted. He took the time to explain everything about the openers to me and also gave me some tips on how to keep the springs and rollers maintained.
