Patrick was truly excellent, we scheduled an appointment and due to poor planning on my side, he had to return a few days later, but he never seemed to be upset by it, he was more than happy to return. He was highly communicative throughout the process as well and understood the balancing act we were doing. He installed 2 garage door openers, while balancing the coming-and-goings of movers bringing in boxes and furniture. My mom recommended Precision after they came out to help her and I’d highly recommend to anyone else.

Our garage door wouldn’t open and our cars were still inside. We managed to get the door opened manually, but our cars were still inside. We had to leave the door up during Sunday night. So, early Monday, January the 6th, we called Precision Door Service. We were pleasantly surprised to get a return call within 30 minutes to tell us that we would get a technician, David Arreguin, within an hour. When he arrived, he told us about the company and then proceeded to access the problem. He was so knowledgeable, courteous, honest and so polite. He told us that we had a very good door and we only needed a complete spring system overhaul. What an honest man! Had trouble with my garage door not closing. Chris was on time and had it adjusted in less than an hour. He did not try to sell me a bunch of stuff that I did not need, he just evaluated the door and made the adjustments needed. I have used this company twice now the first time they replaced the spring and two years late a quick adjustment.

I was having issues with one of my garage door openers. Precision was able to send someone out the next day at a time the was best for me. Called prior to arriving. Arrived on time. Tech was very professional, was able to pinpoint the problem within min. Since my openers were old (from 1997 I believe) I decided to have new ones installed. He had everything needed on the truck and was able to install at that time and at the price quoted. He took the time to explain everything about the openers to me and also gave me some tips on how to keep the springs and rollers maintained.
