The technician, Ricky, showed up on time, gave me a detailed assessment with pictures and options for repairs at different price ranges. Once I decided on the repairs, he executed the necessary repairs with required parts in under two hours. I was extremely pleased and would recommend your company and this technician specifically to anyone contemplating repairs to their garage doors. I should mention that this entire process was done on a Saturday!

Called today because my garage door opener got fried after a power surge - within a couple of hours a technician from Precision was at my door. Aaron Rodríguez was very professional and performed a thorough assessment of my garage door. He found several issues with not only the garage door opener but also with the door. He recommended a new opener and a garage door replacement. And this time we chose to replace the garage door opener and postpone replacing the door until after the holidays. Excellent people, prompt and professional. Highly recommend.

Learned of Precision from tv advertising. I needed a spring repaired on a used door. Excellent customer service and the technician was very professional and courteous. We dealt with 3 different companies that were very disappointing before contacting Precision. Once we called Precision, they set up an appointment the next morning. Our service repair person was Nur, who was extremely courteous & professional. He spent time actually looking at our system. He didn’t just tell us what needed repairs, he showed us. He completed all repairs by lunchtime! The cost was less than the other companies, and he did more than just replace the springs. He also left us with suggestions of things we might consider replacing in the near future (our motor),and he gave a quote for that too. We were very impressed with Nur, and the quick response of Precision. Within 24 hours of contacting them, our garage door opener was fixed!
