Justin arrived not just on time, but a little early. He was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He listened to me describe the issue we had, and talked me thru all the possible causes. When he came back the next day to do the repair work, he came at a time that was convenient to me, and did a great job with the door repair. He even lubricated the other door, and gave me guidance on how to maintain all my garage doors. Working with Justin was a great experience.

Called today because my garage door opener got fried after a power surge - within a couple of hours a technician from Precision was at my door. Aaron Rodríguez was very professional and performed a thorough assessment of my garage door. He found several issues with not only the garage door opener but also with the door. He recommended a new opener and a garage door replacement. And this time we chose to replace the garage door opener and postpone replacing the door until after the holidays.
