Learned of Precision from tv advertising. I needed a spring repaired on a used door. Excellent customer service and the technician was very professional and courteous. Precision arrived within 2 hours of my call. I was fully expecting to have to make an appointment and was pleasantly surprised. Great company and great customer service

Jason was fantastic- new years day tension spring broke didnt know anyone to call. Googled and read the reviews for Precision Door and called right away and had a quick appt . We will have them out yearly for inspection. They are fantastic!!!!

We had a garage door come off the rails and wouldn’t close. Called Precision and they set up an appointment that day. Shortly thereafter, I received an email with the name of technician (Jason Dawson), along with a link to his bio - nice touch! Jason arrived on time, discussed options and then proceeded to fix our door. Jason was courteous, knowledgeable and friendly.
