Our garage door was functional, but acting up. It wouldn't open all the way, so I would have to close it and open it again to get it to open all the way. Joe was able to fix it within an hour. He was friendly and efficient. Thanks Joe!

Our garage door spring broke the day before labor day late in the afternoon. We could not open our garage door, and my wife's car would be inaccessible for several days if we could not get it fixed. Ashley contacted Dan, and although he was already done for the day, he agreed to fit us in the same day. He was at the house a few hours later and immediately assessed the situation. He gave me a clear, concise estimate for the work that needed to be done. He went to work right away, and in no time had the entire door overhauled with new springs, cables and rollers. He lubricated the opener and the unit as never operated as smoothly and quietly as it does now. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate Ashley's effort to get us a technician on the same day and Dan's recognition of the situation, and his willingness to perform yet another call the day before a holiday. He was professional, knowledgeable and did great work. I will definitely recommend Precision to anyone who needs work on their garage door units. Thank You, Marcus

Your service man came promptly and was very courteous. Your prices are reasonable and I liked the option you give of one year warranty verses a lifetime warranty. The previous company I called did not offer that and it was expensive for only repairing the spring. I will definitely recommend you to my neighbors.

I would give Precision 5 stars. I was appreciative of a 4-6 pm time slot for an appointment. Jason, My technician was very professional, on time and let me know from beginning what I needed for a repair and what I might need in the future. He performed the entire repair and installation of keypad quickly. I would recommend Precision to anyone who asked me for a garage door company.

My garage door did get fixed. According to their website: "Garage Door Repair Within 4 Hours- Guaranteed! We will be out to repair your door within 4 hours or we will waive the service fee. No questions asked." I called in about 5pm, we were told that the service tech would not be out until the next morning 9-11am. The tech didn't arrive until after 11am. Service call was not waived. The service tech tried to, in my opinion, oversell during the service call with unnecessary items, such as, track rollers to reduce noise. Now today, I just had to scrub my garage door (light tan) because of large black grease spots down the entire center portion of the door, this is 2 days after service call.
