Precision is second company we called. First company, Helotes Overhead Garage, never kept appt or called to cancel. We appreciate your tech, Jason, keeping the appt and giving us heads-up before coming to house. He was professional and courteous, and answered all our questions. The technician, Chris, is a very professional individual that represents Precision Overhead Garage Door Service very well. After he arrived and introduced himself, he assessed the problem and explained the steps to repair the door. When the door was repaired, he inspected the entire system and performed prevented maintenance on the second door as well. He provided care recommendations to prolong the life of the doors as well as the openers. This level of service is rare these days - but greatly appreciated. Thanks again!

Our garage door broke on a Saturday and wouldn't go down. Precision was able to come out the same day and repair the door. I liked that the email I received confirming the appointment included the name of the tech and pictures of all the techs. If the tech who was scheduled to come to our house changed, I could easily confirm the new tech. This is a great safety feature. Dan was very friendly and knowledgeable, replaced the spring that broke, replaced the rollers, and, when I mentioned that sometimes the door would stop closing if the sunlight hit the sensor just right, he fixed that occasional problem, too. Having the door repaired was a little spendy (in part because it was unexpected), but we felt it was money well spent. We will recommend Precision to our friends when their garage doors stop working.

Our garage door spring broke the day before labor day late in the afternoon. We could not open our garage door, and my wife's car would be inaccessible for several days if we could not get it fixed. Ashley contacted Dan, and although he was already done for the day, he agreed to fit us in the same day. He was at the house a few hours later and immediately assessed the situation. He gave me a clear, concise estimate for the work that needed to be done. He went to work right away, and in no time had the entire door overhauled with new springs, cables and rollers. He lubricated the opener and the unit as never operated as smoothly and quietly as it does now. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate Ashley's effort to get us a technician on the same day and Dan's recognition of the situation, and his willingness to perform yet another call the day before a holiday. He was professional, knowledgeable and did great work. I will definitely recommend Precision to anyone who needs work on their garage door units. Thank You, Marcus

Highly recommended! Dan and his assistant were knowledgeable, efficient, very helpful and friendly. They explained the problem and fixed it as well as gave me some recommendations to make me aware of future garage door concerns.
