Precision installed the door so I call whenever I have a question or issue. Tech came out and took care of problem before I answered the door. He checked status of door. I will be buying new door sometime this year and will definitely call precision.

Caleb was our installer. He did a fantastic job installing a new garage door opener, cables, rollers, springs and rotors, the whole package. When the chain on my garage door finally just fell off, I had no idea who to call. I put out an SOS on Moms Of New Braunfels Uncensored and within 10 minutes there were 3 replies suggesting Precision Door!!! I called them (it was after 5:00) and had an appointment first thing the next day. Jason was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company ????????????????

He called ahead and coordinated what materials were needed, and completed the work quickly and efficiently. I was impressed by Mark's professionalism and friendly demeanor. Monte did an excellent job of installing a new spring and explained what needed to be replaced and why. He also showed me how to maintain the spring, door rails, etc. for longer life of the garage door system. I was very happy with the work he did.
