Jason Dawson has been our technician for years with Precision Door Service. He is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the business and very professional . We called early afternoon with a broken spring issue - Jason not only arrived the same day for service but earlier than the scheduled time slot -to replace the spring and do a thorough inspection of the garage door. This is why we continue to use Precision Door Service ! Prompt , Professional, Courteous Customer Service was provided the day before thanksgiving by technician Jason Dawson , as always ! Precision installed the door so I call whenever I have a question or issue. Tech came out and took care of problem before I answered the door. He checked status of door. I will be buying new door sometime this year and will definitely call precision.

When the chain on my garage door finally just fell off, I had no idea who to call. I put out an SOS on Moms Of New Braunfels Uncensored and within 10 minutes there were 3 replies suggesting Precision Door!!! I called them (it was after 5:00) and had an appointment first thing the next day. Jason was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company ????????????????
