I scheduled my appointment on a Saturday morning and my technician arrived at 2PM as scheduled. Chris was my Technician and absolutely did an Outstanding job. I was impressed with the service call, system diagnosis and overall expertise of the technician. I ended up replacing a complete system and well pleased with the price and warranty. I am a repeat customer and will remain one!!!

Had our garage doors serviced 5 June 2018, technician showed up early, a big plus! Not only was he early, he was a pleasure to work with. I explained my issues, and he went straight to work and resolved my issues straight away. I would say that anyone would be happy to have this technician on their pay roll. I would highly recommend this company. Dan installed new rollers on my garage door, checked and secured the sensor on my garage wall, and programmed my new remote which I purchased from Precision. Dan was thorough, skilled, and very personable. He was on time and completed the repair quickly and was very efficient.
