The scheduling of the garage door emergency repair appointment for Sunday was amazingly easy, and the scheduler was helpful, informative, and genuinely nice. The technician arrived on time, and discovered and fixed the garage door problem right away. He answered all my questions even before I had time to ask them. When I asked about replacing the garage doors and equipment, he was extremely helpful, not pushy, and was honest about what really needed to be replaced or upgraded. The cost was reasonable for a Sunday morning emergency repair. I am very satisfied with Precision Garage Door Company.

After buying a new garage door and opener from Precision. My wife and I were very pleased with the quality of product and the courteous and professional employee that installed it all. Tech came out for the appt the same day I called. As a matter of fact he texted and asked if it was ok if he came early! Very knowledgeable - had to change/convert the type of tension spring my door had so it was pricey. Tech did what he could to keep costs down.
