I normally do not write reviews, however the service provided by precision was over the top. I was concerned because there have been some owner and upper management changes. I called in regards to work that was over 2 years old. The company responded quickly, diagnosed the problem and took care of it without hesitation. Precision Doors of San Antonio is honest and trustworthy, key characteristics when I am dealing with any company. There technicians were competent, efficient. They demonstrated the technical skills necessary and had good communication skills that made me comfortable and confident from their arrival until they successfully completed their work. I was left totally satisfied and would call on Precision Doors San Antonio again and would highly recommend them to anyone needing any type of garage door work,

David Arreguin was our service technician. He came out exactly during the time that was scheduled. He thoroughly inspected the garage door assembly, explained what was wrong, offered suggestions as to what needed to be repaired and gave us an estimate and then promptly got to work. We needed new springs, pulleys, etc. After repeated daily use, parts do wear out. Precision always has the parts on hand to fix garage doors on the spot. No need to wait for parts to come in. The service was performed professionally and clean up was great. This is why we use Precision Overhead Door again and again!

Aaron was very thorough in his explanations of everything, as well as providing options of service that he could do today that might fit in my budget. Having seen the ads on television and online, I chose Precision because it appeared to be a reputable company. I called, made an appointment. Everyone was friendly and professional, they explained the services and prices. Caleb Skaggs, the technician who installed my garage door opener, was timely and professional. He explained everything before and after service He was very friendly. I am quite pleased with the job that he did.

My technicians were Aaron and Dustin. Both were very courteous and explained exactly what needed to be adjusted ( the spring needed tightening , etc). Bearings were replaced. I watched as they completed repairs. Even though my garage door is several years old, they felt that it was still in fairly good condition. I appreciated the fact that they were being very honest about the condition of my door. I feel confident that my door will be in good working condition for some time now. My installer was superb. He was eager to get the job done despite the late hour on a Sunday afternoon. He explained the work needed, reviewed the products he recommended, I made a selection and he went to work and finished in the time he estimated. The installation is excellent and the door opener is way better than the one replaced which was noisy and able to be heard at the rear of the house. I barely hear it operating now even when standing in the garage.

Moved into a new home and garage door was partially broken and not opening at all. Precision sent Ricky the next day who fixed it under an hour. Service was very efficient and affordable. We also received multiple tips on how to maintain the garage door system which is much appreciated. Definitely recommend precision for all garage services.

Caleb was extremely nice and pleasant to talk to. He called to notify me he was on his way. He even offered to pick up tacos or coffee which was very kind. Overall everything was explained to me and the bill was less than was estimated. He also recommended future upgrades. This is not the first time I haves used precision and won’t be the last.

Called Precision based on a recommendation. Response was amazingly quick. That same day, a thorough inspection and servicing was provided by a highly skilled and pleasant technician (Ricky); a lost remote was also replaced. At some point in the near future, the garage door will need to be replaced based on age and use. I now know exactly who I'll be contacting for that work.

I called Precision because my garage door would not open or close. I had never used this company but really needed the door fixed that day. They were able to accommodate and Patrick was knowledgeable and repaired my door in a timely manner. He was curious and friendly and able to explain exactly what I needed.
