Of course we had a garage door issue on a holiday. Called this company and operator informed us that a technician would be out in the morning and would call us to let us know when he would be arriving. Technician called ahead to let us know he was on the way and arrived when he said he would. Was very courteous and completed the work as he stated. The technician explained the work that needed to be done and the time he would need to complete the repair. Ver satisfied with the work done. Highly recommend this company.

I appreciated the timely response and fast turnaround as well as speed of repair. I do think the cost seems excessive, ie why is there a repair cost as well as labor? There were no parts involved.

Unfortunately due to COVID since January we have had 7 price increases, we have tried to absorb most of the cost. But unfortunately a small portion has to be passed on to the customer. We ordered the new on January 4th, still no ETA. Were told a couple of weeks ago that it was on a truck to be delivered, checked back a week later and were told the manufacturer said it would be two more weeks before shipping. Regret putting 50% down with only 3 day to cancel.
