Late Saturday afternoon a 10 year old spring on our garage door broke. Precision Door Company had installed the door 10 years ago and it had been trouble free all this time. I remembered they had sent an excellent technician who had done the installation, so I called them for the repair and found out they respond 24x7. Within an hour and 30 minutes their technician arrived, verified he had the correct springs and new bearing, and then promptly accomplished the repair which I expect will be noise and trouble free for another 10 years. It was another excellent technician, another quick and excellent repair, and I confidently recommend them to anyone who needs any type of garage door/opener repair.

My garage door of my rented home came off the rails and would not close. The property managers’ vendor was not available until the next day which is worrisome for both theft and safety. I had used Precision before and they did not let me down. Jason (same tech that helped me before) was here in 20 minutes, got the door down and safe in short order. The price was reasonable. While the more involved repair will be done by the property management’s approved vendor, I will be recommending they consider Precision in future. You have earned my business for life. I can’t wait to have you install or maintain the doors on my own house one day.
