My garage door got stuck in the down position with my car trapped inside. I worked on it for hours and watched YouTube videos and finally decided to have a professional come out. Precision answers the phone 24/7 which is nice for planning/scheduling purposes. I called at 11:45 pm and they had someone out the next day (a Saturday) by 5pm! My car is now out of the garage and my garage door is working again! Jason, the expert, who came out knew exactly what to do and kind of did the impossible with a 1994 garage door that has a lot of issues. Jason was able to get it working, and his knowledge, kindness, and professionalism made me decide to purchase a new garage door knowing it was well overdue and having confidence in the person representing the company. Thank you, Jason for helping me out, and I have every confidence my garage door install will also be a great experience. The person who shows up to your door is the "face" of the company. Jason is the reason I am so pleased with Precision. Finding trustworthy, knowledgeable people these days is not always easy, and finding someone with manners and a work ethic can be challenging. Just wanted to say thank you to Dan and all the staff at Precision Door for the BEAUTIFUL GARAGE DOOR they installed with the Beveled Glass Windows. We keep getting compliments from the neighbors of how it stands out and how gorgeous it looks and adds to our homes curb appeal. I can't say enough of how professional, courteous and patient Dan has been with me through the long process of myself trying to decide on the perfect door, windows and opener for our house.
