Monte found and fixed the problem quickly. Turned out to be an issue with the initial installation and covered it under warranty even though it was out of warranty time. He could have sold me a story and billed me, I’d have been none the wiser. I recommend Precision Door to everyone!

Some of the rollers were warped and needed attention, so I decided to replace them with a better product.
