Excellent from the get go. The lady who answered my call was very courteous and worked with me to have the technician at my home as soon as possible, Technician Jason Dawson was very knowledgeable and professional and worked with me in regards to the final bill. Went over every detail about the job he did and also on preventive maintenance. I would definitely recommend Precision Doors San Antonio again and will ask for Jason Dawson.

Dan did an outstanding job for your company. Very informative and professional. We decisioned to not go the repair route, but replace the entire door and rails. The motor was fine. He even offered to reprogram our two (2) remotes as an added service once the new door is installed. He did a great job. Very personable fellow. Your lucky to have him.

I was going to go with who my home service company suggested but, I looked at their reviews and didn't like what I read. You were suggested by a former client. He spoke very highly about the service he received by your company. He was right. You have outstanding technicians. Jason was my technician today. He was friendly, courteous and very knowledgable about your product. I would recommend your service to anyone that needs it. Thank You for sending a great technician.

Service tech did a great job of explaining the options available. He stated his recommendations and, then, did the work that I decided. He worked efficiently and completed the projected. I wouldn't mind if he was the same tech who came back when I am ready to do the ultimate recommendation he made.

We were very pleased with the young man who serviced our door. Mostly it was to do a routine check on the door as our age we can't really reach to lubricate etc. He explained very well and did some minor service. He definitely is an asset to your Company.

One of the garage door springs broke last night and the door wouldn't open with both cars stuck inside. I called precision and they sent Dan out the same day. Dan called 30 minutes before the scheduled time. Arrived on time and completed the work perfectly. The price was a little higher than I was anticipating but it came with a lifetime warranty. Repair was quick and Dan adjusted the force and travel and the door sits perfectly when closed.
