I have used Precision doors on two other occasions prior to today and always find them fair and honest in their assessment of my repair. I called to have both of my homes serviced and found Monty, just absolutely terrific in his work and communication as to what were my options. He was never pushy, and never seemed to lead me one way of the other. One of my homes had a 27 year old opener that I replaced and found the new one extremely efficient and very quiet. Monty explained what he was doing ever step of the way. Their pricing is very low and affordable and gave me a 90-day warranty on all of his work today. My garage stopped working on Saturday and Monty came on Monday and saw the problem in a few seconds. The sensor had been knocked out of alignment and he quickly corrected it and said that he was on his way by my house and there would be no charge. I really appreciated that. Thanks.

Garage door repair. Spring had broken and could not open door. Service man was on site within an hour after calling. Very pleased with the fast response and the repair. Also found that 3 hinges were broken and also bearings needed replacing. All repairs done completely and professionally.

We called Precision after we found a broken garage door spring over the weekend. They offered a service call on Saturday or Sunday, at no additional cost, but we didn't need the service in a hurry, so told them it could wait until Monday. Monty came out Monday afternoon, calling beforehand to tell me that he would actually arrive a few minutes early. After surveying the damage, he told me what all he recommended, what it would cost, and how long it would take to fix. The job was completed within the time he estimated, and when he was finished, he gave me some tips on how to keep the garage door lubricated, especially since my husband does woodworking (which by its nature produces lots of sawdust) in the garage, plus the type of lubricant to use and the type to avoid because of all of the sawdust. He even demonstrated the easiest way to open a garage door with a busted spring, in case we needed to know that in the future. He was very friendly, professional, and forthcoming. We will definitely call on Precision and Monty again in the future if we need them.

It’s nice tool find a company today that puts the customer first and goes above and beyond to satisfy them. I have had some trying times with contractors since the Hailstorm of 2016 hit our home. Precision Door has represented Clopay Doors Exceptionally Well and Dan from Precision has answered every phone call and question I’ve thrown at him. Clopays rep Tony even met with me to lend me a sample door to take home to match to my decor and he had a sample window sent for me to see as well!!! This is the company You WANT to FO business with!!! 10 STARS!!!
