The technician was on time and fixed the problem in a timely manner. He recognized the existing warranty I had on the east and west door springs, and gave me a warranty on the new Drum's and cables on the east door and on the new spring on the east door.

Have used Precision since late 90's. Current spring replacement was done under lifetime warranty and additional adjustments made without charge except for normal $49.95 service charge. Service tech was excellent, friendly, and went out of his way to make sure everything was working correctly. I highly recommend this company.
