Chris Flores was fantastic. He worked for one hour trying to diagnose the problem with the door opener and sensors. He explained everything he was doing to us in clear laymen's terms. Unfortunately our old door opener did get fried from the lightening damage so we needed a new door opener. The new Overhead Garage Door Chain opener is so much quieter than the old one. We are extremely pleased.

Beyond thrilled and impressed by the professionalism, response time, and value of the service I received. My garage door completely twisted and bent off the rails, suspended by the motor. Precision Door Service answered my call early in the morning and someone arrived to assess the damage within a couple of hours. Great care was taken to lower the door and completely repair it, getting it back in the tracks. It is a very heavy wood door and I was saved the expense of buying a new one. I highly recommend Precision Door Service!

Jason replaced/repaired our entire garage door unit (whatever it is called). The motor, belt, keypad, door opener, etc. He was extremely courteous, professional, and efficient. I had asked for him because he impressed me back in Aug. 2016. Although he had a full schedule, he completed our job and explained the new install items very well. (My husband is in a wheelchair so manually opening the door took a lot of effort). Jason is an asset to your company and is great with customer relations. Five Star rating.

My garage door got stuck in the down position with my car trapped inside. I worked on it for hours and watched YouTube videos and finally decided to have a professional come out. Precision answers the phone 24/7 which is nice for planning/scheduling purposes. I called at 11:45 pm and they had someone out the next day (a Saturday) by 5pm! My car is now out of the garage and my garage door is working again! Jason, the expert, who came out knew exactly what to do and kind of did the impossible with a 1994 garage door that has a lot of issues. Jason was able to get it working, and his knowledge, kindness, and professionalism made me decide to purchase a new garage door knowing it was well overdue and having confidence in the person representing the company. The first time was for the estimate and an explanation of what/how our original equipment failed. The second time was for the repair. He came out same day and knocked it all out quickly. Thank You!
