HI!! Some time ago I had dealings with another company in the area. I am certain you know their name. The garage opener & key pad was totally unsatisfactory. The key pad was replaced 3 times. Jason did a thorough job in performing maintenance on my overhead garage door. He tighten all bolts and nuts and lubricated areas that required lubrication. Inspected all cables, chain, springs and ensured door was working properly. I give him 5 star work!
