I was able to get an appointment within a few hours of calling. The technician arrived right on time. He inspected the problem and was very straight forward with my options for repair. The installation took a little over and hour and my garage door works like new. Due to the age I the door I chose to have all the major parts replaced.

I had a new garage door opener installed. Same day service that was fast and efficient. The technician, Danny Kuhn, was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The door opener (a PDS800) runs smooth and is surprisingly quiet for a chain drive. Overall a very pleasant experience and a company that I would recommend to friends and neighbors.

Great service! Technician was very knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, helpful. Secretary-receptionist observant, careful, cordial, very nice. No blah-blah-blah from anyone - quick, efficient, clear answers and explanations to questions. Work completed in an efficient and skillful time by a skilled technician (Dan). Thanks so much. I wrote the check for too much (my mistake), and received a call the next day when the receptionist found it, so she will return the overpayment. Again - thank you. h from

My wife and I are very satisfied with your company's services. This is the second time we've had to call you for our garage door servicing and the experience was great!!! Technician Larry Andrews really knows his stuff. He quickly diagnosed the problem, offered a solution, cost estimate, and amount of time it would take. He was right on the money!!! He was courteous and offered us assurances that the job would be done professionally and promptly. His appearance was clean and very professional. As I watched him work, I noticed he was very meticulous during the whole process. It's folks like Larry Andrews that make our decision to call Precision for all our garage door issues extremely easy. Expect future calls from us if our need arises again. Thanks.

Technician did an excellent job. Came during the time period that the scheduler had told me and was very professional and the work was quality. Being as I've been a customer since 2001 I had hope to get an earlier appointment as the spring was broken and I was not able to get my car out and therefore stuck at home all day. Otherwise... I've been pleased with precision quality of work and materials.
