My technician was Jason Dawson. Jason arrived on time. He was both professional and courteous. He explained my options, and answered my questions. He had all the necessary parts on his truck, and he finished the job in a little over an hour. He left the area clean. I will recommend Precision in the future to my friends. I will also call them should I need garage door related repairs in the future. Tim
