Called them Saturday morning about my door being messed up. They had set me up for later that day. Joe came about an hour early and walked me through the issues and we decided it would be best to replace the door. Set that up for Monday morning and Larry came out and installed the door before noon. Both guys were very easy to work with and I would recommend them next time you need work on a garage door!

The price for the work done was really high. I noticed in the online ad that a new garage door opener was much cheaper than what I was charged. The repairman, Dan, was very nice and efficient. I'm a bit disillusioned about the cost of the repair.
