I was pleased with the technicians knowledge and interest in my problem. They did everything that they could to accommodate me. They were gentlemen and fixed my door. Damian is a wonderfully professional and personable gentleman. He provided excellent service and installed a new garage door opener for me. He graciously invited my grandson to watch him do the installation. Damian chatted with him and answered questions any one had. Damian demonstrates high standards representative of a high quality company. I'm happy to give a score of excellence-5 stars.

Technician Jason Dawson came to our house on a very cold and rainy evening. He cheerfully and diligently worked on our garage door until it was 100% repaired. This was our second encounter with Jason and both times he did a great job in explaining the problem and fixing the door. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service; they have very standards for their employees and it shows in the excellent customer service we received!
