He and Damian showed up precisely on time and finished the garage door repair/overhaul and installation of a new Precision PDS 800 belt drive opener in less than two hours. In addition to teaching me how to program and operate the new opener, they hauled off the old opener and cleaned up after themselves. Dan is a competent and experienced technician who is also a joy to talk to. Thanks, Martin, for the great service!

I was really happy with the service and repair provided. Although the appointment was a little delayed from our originally agreed upon window, they called me in advance to let me know they were running late and we agreed to a new time. I really appreciated this heads up. The technician who arrived was professional and worked quickly to get my garage door repaired. He also explained exactly what happened by showing me on the door where there were cracks and why the best long-term solution was replacement.
