I just needed some questions answered about 2 products and their estimated costs. I could not get answers over the phone; I had to have a 'free' on-site estimate. In my opinion this took your gas expense & employee time, AND my time. The technician was friendly & courteous BUT he was more interested in my garage doors than in the garage opener I needed to replace. I finally got him to give me estimates for what I needed (on his tablet) which I asked that he email to me Your price for the Liftmaster was DOUBLE what I bought from another company. He also gave me a written quote for $1,173 to "service my doors" RIDICUOUS!!! The Company that did my work said my doors are fine, actually very good. They are 5 years old. He included spraying the hinges, rollers, and checking the balance for FREE. I'm sorry, but never would I use your company services, and have suggested my friends do the same
