We liked that we could have a technician come out on the weekend. A photo of our technician was emailed to us ahead of time and he called when he was on his way. He was professional and friendly. He identified the problem with our garage door (broken spring), but we opted to check with our usual garage door company before scheduling the repair.

Precision performed a garage door repair for us this week in outstanding fashion! They responded to my initial inquiry in a professional manner and scheduled a prompt repair. Dan, the technician, arrived ontime within the two hour window that had been committed and performed the necessary repairs in an expediant and professional manner. In addition, Dan was quite informative in answering my questions about the garage door problems that we were experiencing. I have used another company in the past, however, I will definitely contact Precision if I have other garage door problems in the future and I will definitely recommend Precision to my friends.
