Jonathan, arrived in a very timely manor. He asked what problems was I experiencing. He then showed me different maintenance-package u r company offer. He ran the operation of the door through an operating cycle and I decided on a package that replaced the bearings and roller and lubed the remaining parts. He policed his work area, sent me an electronic invoice and stated he would also send a paper copy for my records. Jonathan was very professional in his appearance, his knowledge of his profession. Precision Garage Door is one of the BEST! My garage door would not open or close but just about 2". I called them in the morning, and they said they could be out mid to late in the afternoon that day. I live in the country too. The Technician arrived around 3:00. He assessed the problem and explained the three options for the repairs to my door. He said he could fix the door then too and had all the parts for the repairs no matter which option I choose. He definitely knew what he was doing. I 100% RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
