It was very easy and convenient to schedule an online service call with Precision Overhead Door. I scheduled it on a Sunday, and was able to select my date and time of service. Caleb Skaggs was my service technician, and I was very impressed with his knowledge and expertise regarding my garage door. My door was misaligned and noisy when I opened and closed it. Had Issue with keypad not working, Technician came out earlier than promised, and was so kind and helpful. He just unplugged the Motor and plugged it back in, and the keypad worked. I would have liked not to pay the service charge, but I understand this is a business.

My garage door opener needed replacing and I had seen Precision Garage Door Service television commercials. I looked at their reviews and decided to call them about a replacement. The customer service agent was great. She was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. She actually was the reason I decided to give Precision a try. The technician David called 30 minutes prior to arrival as promised, arrived on time and was super nice. David installed the new unit on time with no issues. He even helped me connect the new opener to my WiFi. He also helped me install the new opener on my car and outside remote. This has been one of the best vendor experiences I’ve had.
