Same day service. Communication on appt was great. Chose because the door that needed service is an Overhead Door and when googled there was an indication on one ad that Precision served the Schertz Tx area. Brent arrived when he said he would. He diagnosed the problem quickly and recommend three solutions. I chose to replace the motor accessories. Brent did the work quickly and professionally. He reprogrammed my cars and assisted in programming the keypad. He showed me what maintenance I needed to perform and when. Brent was excellent ????.
Doing what you say you will is a HUGE factor at Precision. We put our stamp of quality on all of our work. Our word is our honor....including keeping our word about silly small things like arrival times. They are a huge deal.

Had somewhat of an emergency, the door wouldn't close. I got an appointment for next day because I thought I would be able to disengage the lock and pull down the door. I was wrong. I called back and they worked me in as an emergency security issue, same day as I called. The guys were great, very pleasant as usual, i've used precision door for years and will always use them.
Security is a huge issue for us. We are so relieved you stayed safe and locked in! We will always go out of our way to keep you cared for.

Highly recommend, technician was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I backed into garage door requiring repair of rail, lower garage panel and exterior trim. Precision recommended I contacted original manufacturer on replacement of lower garage panel and trim if I wanted to maintain home consistent. However, identified the service was available and were transparent with cost. My garage rail was repaired within less then 10 minutes--incredible!! Additionally, the spring to the garage was tightened improving overall function to my garage. We ended up purchasing replacement door with Precision based on today's service. The service was excellent and technician took the time in explaining the work and expected outcome of repair.
