Brian was the technician that did my garage door repair job and it was quite an extensive repair. He was very professional, and laid out in detail what needed to be done and answered all my questions. Prior to starting he provided all the options with pricing for the repair and didn’t pressure me into any particular one. I initially thought the price was a bit high, but there’s value beyond finding the absolute lowest price. Repair job was done promptly, neatly, the door is working greater and smoother than before. Our garage door broke and I called Precision, who not only came out within an hour, they were able to repair it on the spot, even though it was getting late into the evening.
