These guys are WONDERFUL! Our cars got "trapped" in our garage at about 10:00pm on Saturday night when the spring broke. The door was entirely too heavy for me and my wife to lift manually, and since most companies don't work on Sunday's, we thought we were going to have to wait until Monday morning to get the door fixed. In desperation we searched the web, and liked what we saw with Precision's website. I called their phone number at about 10:30pm, this WONDERFUL extremely polite woman answered the telephone, and said that she would have someone here at our home on Sunday morning to work the problem. The agent who came to our home (MR. JASON DAWSON) was spectacular. He was loud and clear with his recommendations and explanations, was extremely polite AND knowledgeable, and got us fixed up like new in about an hour. I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT! and even better yet on a Sunday morning! This company and its employees are nothing less than SUPER. THANK YOU ALL. Between my wife and myself, we decided that your rating is not a 5 star, BUT INSTEAD a 5 X 5 STAR! THANK YOU ALL!

Fantastic service on the 4th of July holiday! Joe Sillitoe came out early in the 2 hour appointment window, diagnosed the problem right away, inspected all parts and after recommended service, was done within an hour. Got new springs (my door had only one spring) and rollers, with a great lifetime parts warranty. Door is working better than brand new!!

Technician Joe was to arrive at my home between 10-12. He called me around 9:30 to let me know he'd be at my home in 15 minutes. He fixed my garage door in a little over an hour. He communicated the repairs needed to me and he did an excellent job both explaining the issues and getting the job done. I would highly recommend Precision and I plan to use them for any garage door needs in the future.

I chose your company because I used your service before to install a new garage door opener and have been very happy with it's performance. When this most recent problem occurred, I immediately called your company. The Techniciam immediately accessed the problem, found a broken spring, made the repair, inspected all components and briefed me on his repairs he completed. I rate him and his work a "5". The repairman was prompt and very knowledgeable of what was needed to effect the repair. The biggest drawback to an immediate repair was the fact that the part was not in stock. There was very little delay in completing the repair.

Not only was he on time, he 2 actually a few minutes early and called me ahead of time to make sure it would be okay for him to come early. Then, he very quickly diagnosed a sensor problem with my door and got it working properly. He also have me excellent advice for my other door. When the first visit did not accomplish what the technician had intended, we called again. Your people were happy to come back and try again. When the second fix did not work, your technician came back again and adjusted the sensors. This seems to have cured the problem we were having. Great service and integrity.
