Wow, Mike was great. Presented me with 3 options all of which I appreciated. I explained where I was at and asked him to have at it. He completed the job in no time, I could see he knew what he was doing and left him alone. A short time later it was done, I was back in business and the price was worth the time and his work. I called your business because you advertised 24/7 but when I called I was told that all your technicians were gone/completed for the day. But I waited till the next day, and was I glad I did. Your technician, Dan, was an outstanding rep for your company. He installed the garage door opener and kept me up to speed every step of the way as to what he was doing. A true professional!

If you ever need the services of a professional garage door repair person, the company to call is Precision Door Service, 210-775-0743. My garage door-opener is approximately 29 years old. It has been in good operating condition until September 2014 at which time it stopped working. I called Precision and Mike came out the next day and fixed the Genie. Gave it a new capciter and again it was working just light new. This month I called them again because it was maiking loud noises some of the cables were hanging loose. When Dan got here he found the problem right away. A large spring had broken. He fixed the spring and noticed that the rollers needed to be replace so he did what he called a "complete overhall". Now, for a little over $400 it works like brand new and is covered for life. I'd say that's a pretty good deal. The technicians are very friendly and helpful and know what they are doing. They are neatly dressed in uniform shirts, and very respectful. Can you ask for more than that. I am totally satisfied with Precision Door Service and recommend them for your garage door installation, repairs, and upkeep. My thanks to both Mike and Dan for their prompt service and reliability.
